Any form of Climbing is dangerous, and as such, Bouldr takes no responsibility for any injury or loss of life sustained when climbing. When you climb, you are taking your life into your own hands, and putting yourself in danger. Make sure you take every safety precaution possible when climbing - leave nothing to chance.

Bouldr is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis, and as such, Bouldr:

  • does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, quality, timeliness, completeness or legality of any aspect of the service, although we do make every effort to ensure that the data provided by the service is accurate, no warranty or fitness is implied.
  • will not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Bouldr, or any service provided by Bouldr. Any reliance placed on any service or product provided by Bouldr is entirely at your own risk.
  • expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, relating to Bouldr or any products or services provided by Bouldr.

You are entitled to use any data and information provided by Bouldr for your own personal, private use. No part of any products or services provided by Bouldr may be altered, adapted, broadcast, shown or played in public, copied, downloaded, uploaded, posted, reproduced, republished, stored, transmitted or distributed in any way.

Any data and information provided through Bouldr pages, including the software used therein, images, logos and intellectual property remains the property of Bouldr.

In contributing to Bouldr, you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. Note that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to Bouldr.

Any data stored on the Bouldr database, website or other related materials may be subject to change without prior notice.

Any refunds or remunerations are made entirely at the discretion of Bouldr.

Bouldr takes breaches of these terms and conditions seriously, and any violation will be followed up.
