There is a degree of customisation built into our newsletter; you can edit your profile to pinpoint your location, which we then use to load your newsletter with items related to where you are (we won’t make your location publicly known - it will be randomised somewhat if it is displayed on our site).

If you don’t want to be receiving the newsletter, then you can unsubscribe by editing your profile.
